Samsung has a range of OfficeServ Digital Telephone systems, ranging from a 4 line/8 Extension PABX Telephone system (OfficeServ12) through to the 500 configurable ports of the OfficeServ500. The OfficeServ Digital Telephone systems replaces and upgrades the features of the DCS Digital Telephone systems.
The smallest of the OfficeServ systems is the OfficeServ12 which incorporates IP technology to allow small branch offices to connect into the larger Head Office phone system. It is a fully functional small system with up to 4 PSTN or 2 ISDN-2 lines and up to 8 extensions. The system is not upgradeable.
OfficeServ 7000 series comes in three configurable sizes starting with the OS7100, with slots for two multi purpose cards. The largest system is OS7400 system which allows up to 11 cards. All OS7x00 systems are based on a single wall/desktop/rack mountable cabinet. The standard features range from IP connectivity to on and off site IP telephones and other OfficeServ systems as well as standard (analog) and digital Samsung handsets. Pictured is the OS7200 which can have 5 configurable cards and can be upgraded to have 10 configureable cards by the addition of a second cabinet and expansion processor.
Other OfficeServ systems are available. The OfficeServ100 is a wallmounted, hard wired system, which can be configured with up to 100 ports of lines or extensions. The largest Samsung System is the OfficeServ500 with up to 500 configureable ports.
OfficeServ Digital Handsets are now available in two models - Standard (left) and Navigator (right) models. The Navigator has an on screen menu system for easier programming of your phone's features.
